ChemAlert

Checks the parameters recorded at each visit (chemical readings and filter pressure) and alerts the manager whenever a value falls outside the ideal range, highlighting the critical reading together with the chemicals applied during the visit.

How it works

1
Ingestion organizes the readings from each visit (chemicals, pressure, products applied)
2
ChemAlert compares the recorded values against the ideal ranges
3
System identifies the out-of-range parameter (e.g., high pressure, low chlorine)
4
ChemAlert builds the alert with the visit data, highlighting the critical item in red
5
Manager receives the full notification (readings, products applied, critical item)

Who is notified

Manager.

Future roadmap (v2.0): When a parameter is out of range, the system will notify the technician directly (in addition to the manager), with guidance on how to correct the issue. The following week, the technician receives a follow-up message asking for renewed attention to that point and requesting a status update.
