Monitors the pool water level recorded during the visit and, when it is detected below ideal, alerts both the manager (for internal follow-up) and the customer (with guidance on how to fix it) — preventing equipment damage from dry running.
How it works

Technician records the water level during the visit (via Skimmer)

Ingestion receives the reading and organizes the visit data

LevelWatch identifies that the level is below ideal

System sends messages in parallel: manager (internal group) and customer (SMS/iMessage)

Customer receives guidance on how to top off the water and can reply directly
