How it works

Purchase is made with one of the suppliers (SCP or PWP)

Supplier emails the invoice to the owner, with a copy to Ingestion

Ingestion processes the email and extracts the invoice data

StockSense organizes the purchased items and updates inventory

System confirms the entry in the StockSense group, with a history per item
